Bookings are By Appointment Only.

As we operate by appointment only, please make your appointments in advance by using our 24/7 online booking system.

However, if you are having problem with the online booking, please contact us directly  via email, phone or Facebook messages.

To make an appointment

 

• Hit the 'Book Now' button - it should send you through to the 'shedul' site

• From there just click on your preferred treatments & day. 

• Be sure when entering your phone number, to leave the +61 prefix and then DROP the '0' off your phone number.

• If you do not see availability, that would be either because your chosen therapist is busy at that time, or may be off that day.

• You may however send us an email by clicking on filling in the contact form below.

• Call us in the salon if you'd like to speak with us directly. It may take a while for us to respond, as we are often in treatment, but we'll get back to you as soon as we can.

 

As always, we absolutely always endeavour to fit in appointments at short notice even on the same day,

so you are welcome to call the salon mobile to leave a message or even text for a faster response on 0434 886 968.

Cancellations

Our system generates an email & text reminder 48 hrs before your treatment is due.

You may cancel or re-schedule by calling, leaving a voice message, sending an sms, sending a FB Messenger or by emailing at any time.

 

Time is so valuable these days and we certainly appreciate that your circumstances my change,

however if we do not receive sufficient notice of your cancellation within the required 24hrs, and we are unable to fill that time slot at short notice, we do have to charge 50% of the cost of the treatment, which will be added to your next appointment.

 

If you simply don't turn up, we have to charge a 100% no-show fee.

 

If you have a voucher and do not provide us with 24hrs notice of cancellation, 50% the voucher value will be deducted.

If you don't show at all, the voucher will be completely void.
