Vouchers for full priced treatments are valid for 3 years.


If a minimum 24hrs notice of cancellation of booking is given,

booking may be rescheduled.

If your circumstances change and 24hr notice is not given,

and we are unable to fill that appointment, gift vouchers will be voided,

or a 50% non-cancellation fee will be charged at your next appointment.

If you do not show for your appointment, a 100% charge applies, or the voucher is immediately void.
An expired voucher may be used provided rest of the cost is paid

to the full value of the treatment.
